Carrot Cake
INGREDIENT
- 2 cups of old-fashioned oats
- 1 carrot
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2/3 cup of carrot juice
- 1 ½ cup of milk
To add at the end:
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Grate the carrot into the Rice&Grain Cooker and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Stir with the spoon, cover and cook in the microwave at 800W for 7 minutes.
- Stir again, cover and leave to stand for 1 minute.
- Add cream cheese and stir.
- Serve hot.
