Emile Henry Flame Peach Cobbler
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups sliced peeled fresh or frozen peaches
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Half-and-half cream
Temperature: 350 ° F
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place peaches in Emile Henry Flame Stewpot (4.2 qt. recommended), sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with cake mix (dry, directly from box). Then gently pour over with Lemon Lime Soda.
- Place on your charcoal or gas grill. Cook for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or to a golden brown.
- Oven - Cover and cook for 60 mins at 350 degrees.
