- 525 g / 18.5 oz flour
- 260 ml / 9 fl oz milk
- 8 g / 0.3 oz baking powder
- 7 eggs
- 190 g / 7 oz chopped walnuts
For the syrup:
- 250 ml / 9 fl oz water
- 335 g / 12 oz white chocolate
- 50 ml / 1.8 fl oz brandy
- Flavouring to taste (lemon, cinnamon, orange, vanilla)
For the filling and topping:
- 340 g / 12 oz white chocolate
- 900 ml / 32 fl oz cream
