Spanish Omelette
INGREDIENTS
- 115 g of onion (1 small onion)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of water Salt
- 300 g of potatoes (3 small potatoes)
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop the onion and place it into the Spanish Omelette along with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of water and a pinch of salt.
- Stir, close and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes at 800 W.
- Cut the potatoes into thin slices and place them in the container along with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Stir, close and microwave for 5 minutes more.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl along with 2 tablespoons of milk and a pinch of salt. Pour into container and distribute evenly.
- Microwave for 3 minutes, turn the Spanish Omelette over and microwave 1 additional minute at 800 W.
